Our intent is to keep our students and you, our parents, safe at all times. Therefore, the following policy is being established by the school board, due to safety concerns observed by the accreditation team during our end-of-day procedures, which will start December 1, 2014. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. If you need to come in to talk to a teacher, please do so after 3:15 pm.
Our new policy for student pick-up in the afternoons is as follows:
No check-outs after 2:30 pm except for emergencies. If you need your child between 2:30 and 3:00 pm, they must be checked out before 2:30 pm. After 2:30 until 3:15 pm, all students must be picked up in the car line; no exceptions.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation in implementing this policy and for understanding our desire to protect all that come to our school.
